The Universal Church is at the doorstep of Holy Week, which begins this Sunday with the celebration of Palm Sunday. This year in Macau, due to the pandemic, there will be no Palm Sunday procession, only a solemn entrance. The faithful are requested to arrive at the church at least ten minutes before the Eucharistic celebration, so that they may receive the palm leaves, and they may be blessed by the priest right at the beginning of the Mass. Those who wish to have more palm leaves blessed may do so at the Registry Office on Holy Monday or Tuesday.
