Japan’s 5th Annual March for Life was the nation’s largest yet, with well over 200 participants walking peacefully through Tokyo’s city center, holding pro-life signs and singing hymns and songs in many different languages. The event is held to raise awareness about the value of human life and the harm of abortion, which was legalized in Japan 70 years ago under the Eugenic Protection Act in July 1948.
