The Sisters of the Missionaries of Charity celebrated the feast day of their founder Saint Mother Teresa on the Sunday of September 6 this year at 10 am in the sisters’ community near Ilha Verde. The Mass was presided over by Fr Joseph Chow Pak Fai SDB and sung by the St Theresa’s Choir of the St Lazarus Parish.
During the sermon, Fr Joseph highly praised the charisma of Mother Teresa. He reminded the faithful that not all countries and regions are blessed with the services of the Missionary Sisters of Charity. Thus, we must give thanks to the sisters and all the people who had offered help and support to our society.
