Bishop Lee celebrates birthday with the faithful
Bishop Stephen Lee celebrated his 62nd birthday with the faithful last November 10.
The dinner, organized for the occasion by those who work daily with the prelate, took place in the Episcopal Palace, next to the Cathedral. Some 30 people attended the festive gathering. The bishop invited three other faithful who had also celebrated their birthdays recently to join him in cutting the cake.
Since his appointment as Bishop of Macao, Stephen Lee has celebrated his birthday with the faithful, family and close friends, bringing together the children of God at the same table, regardless of race or provenance.
