Saint Anthony Parish held a Mass and procession in honor of its patron saint on Sunday, 10 June. Bishop Stephen Lee led the celebration. The Bishop also conferred the Sacrament of Confirmation on four young people. The feast of St Anthony falls on June 13, but the celebration is held on the Sunday of the week. St Anthony of Padua, OFM (15 August 1195 – 13 June 1231) was born in Lisbon, Portugal. He was forceful in his preaching and was knowledgeable in Scripture.
