Faithful of Saint Anthony Parish will celebrate on Sunday, June 10, the feast of its Patron Saint, with four Sunday Masses and a procession. Mass in Chinese is celebrated at 7:30 AM, followed by another in same language at 9:00 AM, after which the Mass in Portuguese is celebrated at 11:00 AM.
The Exposition of the Holy Eucharist starts at 3:30 PM, and the Eucharist Benediction is at 4:15 PM, followed by the concelebrated Mass and procession. Bishop of Macau Stephen Lee Bun-sang will preside the Mass in Chinese and Portuguese.
Today, on the eve of the feast day, prayer to the Patron Saint and Mass, both in Portuguese, will start at 5:30 PM. Saint Anthony of Lisbon, or simply Saint Anthony, also known as Saint Anthony of Padua, was born in Portugal, and died in Italy on June 13, 1231.
