Benedict Keith Ip

A recently-delivered A321 aircraft of Air Macau was blessed by Bishop Emeritus José Lai of the Catholic Diocese of Macau on the morning of June 20, 2017. The new plane, named “Long Wan” (MSN6693), has been serving Air Macau passengers since the 22nd of June, 2017.

“Long Wan”, literally means “the Dragon Ring”, refering to the coastal line area near Taipa Portuguese Houses, including the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the Municipal Carmel Garden, as well as the five beautiful Portuguese mansions. “Long Wan Pou Wan” was regarded as the “Eight Great Views of Macau”. The current museum compounds, opened since 1999, were restored and renovated by the Macau Government. Air Macau wishes this beautiful name can also bring blessings to Macau as well as to the general public.
